Join us for a conversation with award-winning author (and fellow Chessie Chapter member) Cheryl A. Head. She’ll discuss her writing journey; her most recent release, the widely lauded and nominated TIME’S UNDOING; and the craft tips she’s learned along the way. A can’t-miss event for writers and readers alike!

Bio: Cheryl A. Head writes the award-winning, Charlie Mack Motown Mysteries, set in Detroit, and whose female PI protagonist is queer and black.

Head’s newest book, Time’s Undoing, is a historical mystery based on her family’s personal tragedy. Time’s Undoing was named a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Prize, the Agatha, Lefty, Strand Critics, Macavity, and Anthony Awards.

Head’s books are included in the Special Collections of the State of Michigan Library. Head lives in Washington, DC and is Chair of the Board of the Bouchercon World Mystery Convention.
